How an engagement works
ProcessIntake
A short online form. No fee, no obligation, and no confidential documents needed to start.
Written quote & scope
You receive a fixed fee, a defined scope, and a stated turnaround in writing. Engage only if it works for you.
Attorney review & redlining
Your contract is read and marked up personally by a Florida-licensed attorney against the agreed scope.
Deliverables & walkthrough
A prioritized, plain-English risk summary — and, depending on your package, a marked-up contract and a walkthrough call.
Typical turnaround is 3–5 business days from engagement; your quote states the timeline for your matter. Expedited handling may be available and is quoted separately.

Drafting engagements — NDAs, service agreements, MSAs, and more — are taken on selectively, case by case. Describe what you need in the intake and, if it's a fit, you'll receive a fixed written quote just like any review.
Fees assume one agreement and one counterparty, with no existing dispute. If the scope changes mid-engagement, any additional work is quoted in writing before it begins. You will never receive a surprise invoice.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Does submitting the intake form create an attorney-client relationship?
No. An attorney-client relationship is formed only when both parties sign an engagement letter. Until then, please don't send confidential documents.
Are the fees really fixed?
Yes — for the scope stated in your quote. If your matter grows beyond that scope, additional work is quoted in writing before it begins.
How fast will I have my deliverables?
Most reviews and drafts are delivered within 3–5 business days of engagement. Your written quote states the timeline for your specific matter.
What if my matter isn't a good fit?
We'll tell you promptly, and there is no charge for the intake review. Where possible, we'll suggest the kind of counsel to look for.
Do you draft contracts, or only review them?
The practice is built around review, redlining, and negotiation. Drafting is taken on selectively, case by case — describe what you need in the intake form and you'll get a straight answer, with a written quote if it's a fit.
Do you handle disputes or litigation?
No. The practice is transactional only — review, drafting, and negotiation. If a contract is already in dispute, you'll need litigation counsel.
