Terms of Use

This website is operated by Florida Contract Lawyer, PLLC (“the firm”). By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Attorney advertising; informational purposes only

This website is attorney advertising. Its content is general information about the firm and its services. Nothing on this site is legal advice, and nothing on this site should be relied on as legal advice for any particular situation. Legal advice requires an engagement and analysis of your specific facts.

No attorney-client relationship

Viewing this website, submitting the intake form, or corresponding with the firm does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is formed only when both you and the firm sign an engagement letter. Until then, the firm has no obligation to act on your behalf, and you should not treat any communication from the firm as representation.

Deadlines and time-sensitive matters

Until an engagement letter is signed, the firm is not responsible for monitoring or meeting any deadline that applies to your matter, including contractual deadlines, notice periods, or statutes of limitation. If your matter is time-sensitive, do not wait for a response to an intake submission — seek counsel immediately.

Intake submissions

Intake submissions are reviewed in the order received, and every prospective matter is subject to a conflict-of-interest check. The firm may decline any matter for any reason permitted by the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar. Please do not send confidential documents or highly sensitive information through the intake form; a brief description of your matter is all that is needed.

Fees

Fees listed on this website apply to the defined scopes described alongside them. Every engagement is confirmed by a written quote and engagement letter, which control over any statement on this website. Documents longer or more complex than the stated limits receive an individual written quote before any work begins.

Intellectual property

The content of this website, including its text and design, belongs to the firm. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use; any other reproduction requires written permission.

No warranties; limitation of liability

This website is provided “as is.” The firm makes no warranties about the site's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose, and disclaims liability for any loss arising from reliance on website content or from use of the site, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by Florida law. Any dispute arising from use of this website will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
